Essential leadership qualities
     The leadership qualities of a person will greatly influence the co employees and the situations in the working place. A leader is a person who takes the initiative in accomplishing any task and he also motivates the others by his positive attitude. His ultimate goal is to achieve the desired objective successfully in a win- win situation. Here are some of the tips on leadership qualities to be developed by a person to become a good and adorable leader.

Leadership qualities:

      The leadership qualities can be learnt and practiced over a period of time. A leader must able to keep calm and cool in any stressful situation. This helps him to concentrate on the existing problem and also helps him to arrive at a proper solution.

      A leader must possess lots of self confidence which can motivate his sub ordinates greatly and they too can work efficiently under his guidance.

      A leader must not command or order his co workers without putting in his efforts. He must co operate with all his people and guide them whenever they go wrong and he must create a congenial atmosphere in the working place.

      A leader must be able to visualize the future and act according to that. This quality always results in the best sort of task management and enhances a quick decision making capacity within the team.

      A leader must be able to face any sort of risks and he must never be contented with his victories. He must always try for the improvement in the successive tasks.

      A leader must be an honest man who has the morals and common sense. This quality will make the sub ordinates to worship and admire him and they too will try to be honest towards him.

      A leader should be a man of action. He must practice what he preaches. Then the people around him will develop trust, faith and confidence in him.

      A good leader needs to communicate well and clearly and he must convey the message such that his people will listen to him keenly and implement the rules set by him.

      A good leader must create a feeling among his sub ordinates that their role is very essential for the successful task management. This feeling will make wonders resulting in an efficient accomplishment of the job given.
