Edit MOD in FCE – How to import MOD to Final Cut Express to edit your MOD files
Final Cut Express is a great Mac video editing for users who find iMovie not satisfying, and Final Cut Pro too overwhelming and expensive. Final Cut Express has the same code base and almost the same interface as Final Cut Pro, and offers pro-level editing. So many users are now using Final Cut Express to editing their movies.

Many JVC/Panasonic/Canon camcorder users are taking great videos that they want to edit and give professional touch to. If you are one of them and you want to edit MOD in Final Cut Express, you will need an MOD to FCE converter to convert MOD to Final cut Express compatible formats. Step 1: Add MOD files

Step 2: Select the output format for FCE

Then check the "Apply to all" option so that all the added files will be converted to the FCE MOV you have selected.

Step 3: Start to convert MOD to Final Cut Express
Click on the big round Start button on the lower right part of the program to start convert MOD to FCE. You will see the elapsed time and the remaining time on the conversion window and then you can just relax and wait till the conversion is finished.

Step 4: Import to Final Cut Express
Launch Final Cut Express and import the converted files to this editing software, and now you can start to edit MOD to FCE!
