Actually it is really easy to put on weight but it is not that easy to get rid of those fats. It is really easy to go out of schedule but it’s tough to keep ourselves under a proper system until we have an inner urge. Try to avoid red meats and sweets as much as possible. Try to consume as much water as possible.
