Wasting time is a crime that all internet marketers are guilty of at one point or the other. Basically the work is very strenuous and extremely time consuming. Moreover, sitting in one posture all day in front of your PC is neither healthy nor durable for a long time. So we tend to take a break, surf through unnecessary sites, go to the forums and site for sometime doing nothing exactly or just getting carried away with a line of thought. However, this is not the ideal situation because every second of your internet input costs and time wasting may cost you more than any blunder you make. So, do not waste time and especially not in a way which is going to be entirely fruitless for your business.

I understand that you get tired and want a break or go for a cup of coffee. But I do not understand doing useless things on the internet which may appear to be useful now but are really useless on the long run. The best time waster that I know of is blogging and going to forums without any job at hand. There is absolutely no need to visit forums or the blogs more than thrice a day and you do exactly that by going there and whiling away the time when you can easily be posting more advertisements on the internet and getting traffic. And you really do nothing other than make friends with some new members and getting carried into senseless chats which aren’t even about your business. So stop doing that and work when you are supposed to.

Another extreme time waster is the message board. Ok fine I understand that you have to post an ad and you bed to do immediately. But who said that you have to post ads thrice a day? Even if you post advertisements three times in a week, it is more than enough and so why do you even need to look at the message board at all?

The final time waster is a big one and the most senseless of the lot. It is something called list making. Do not confuse with the making of your list for the website because I am not talking of that one. The list that I am talking of is the one which you make planning your schedule for the day. I am not, even for once saying that it is bad to build a list of your schedule and working according to routine. What I am saying is that; do not spend unnecessary time behind it. Even I make lists of what I am gong to do in this particular day but that hardly takes me a few minutes and not hours on the whole. Come one, you are an internet marketer and you cannot afford to waste time when there are hundreds of dollars to be made for every second. So gear up and optimize your work, do not fall in to the pattern of wasting time.
