Boost Your IQ
    Who don’t want to increase his IQ? Many believe that IQ is decided with our birth and we can’t change it. Many others think that it takes weeks, months, or years of hard work to improve your brain. Many go for brain boosting exercises or power techniques but the rarely work as they require long term regular practice. Our schedule is pacing and congesting and it’s difficult to get a good free time out of it. Let me bet you, you can enhance your intelligence quotient in not more than 10 minutes. Surprised! It’s true and effective. Read below to know how.

Breathe to get intelligent

    Take deep breathe through your nose. Deep breathes increases the concentration of oxygen in blood. The blood is taken to your brain. The brain gets relaxed and it’s functioning and efficiency is increased. This will keep you composed and relaxed. In this process diaphragm is intensely used hence your lungs dram more air .This proves to be a simple way to increase concentration.
A few minutes of meditation is also effective in increasing your concentration that will further help you to analyze and criticize more clearly. However meditation itself requires great concentration. Just choose a calm place, sit down and close your eyes .Ignore whatever is going on nearby and just focus and remember to breathe through your nose.

Exercise and Relaxation

    Prefer doing exercise that takes more and more blood towards your brain. Never go for some hectic schedules and try for a healthy sleep of six to seven hours per day.

Diet for Intelligence

    Prefer diet that aids our circulatory system. Ginkgo balboa tree leaves are best for this. You can take them either in tea or in capsule form. Caffeine is another popular brain booster. However effect of diet is generally temporary and plants like caffeine if used in immensely can have side effects.

    Try to give up sugar and try to limit carbohydrates as far as possible. It has been proved that greater insulin concentrations, when injected in your blood hamper the thinking ability. So avoid white flour, sugar, potatoes etc if you want to think properly.

    Increasing IQ is only possible when you believe in yourself but never get overconfident. Just follow what is suggested and feel the change.
