Anger management- yes, you too can control
Human beings are full of emotions and sentiments. They behave according to the situation. However, our emotions are consisted of many things but the most important and outrageous one is the anger. Though it is an inseparable part of a human being and without its existence, human being is incomplete. Anger is not only supervises social animals but, if you see your surroundings, other creatures and species have also posses anger. Anger is an important part of our emotions and without anger you cannot survive in the society at all. If something wrong is happening in your surrounding then the best way to resist it, is the anger. It is like protecting yourself from being demolished morally. However, it is not necessary to show anger all the time and in every situation. If you respond to every situation with emotions, and more preciously talking with anger, then it would not be appreciated by anyone. It is very important to know that anger develops or stimulates the “fight or fight” response. This response might affect adversely and leads to social declination. Now, if will see medically, anger is caused by the release of the chemical epinephrine inside the body. This released, can cause high blood flow rate throughout the veins and deficiency in oxygen inside the body. So, just imagine the situation and effect over your body, if this happen on regular basic. To avoid the outburst of your frequent emotions, anger management course had been developed. This course is very effective in slowing down your anger. In many anger management classes the first thing, they will teach you is, remain happy in all situations. However that does not mean you should remain calm and compose in every situation. There would be certain situation where you should reciprocate outrageously. The next step in anger management is being patient. The key factored to practice patience is “avoid”. If you know how to avoid certain situations, you can easily control your emotions. Being spontaneous is very good but not being outrageous. So behave according to the situation and try to manipulate before talking anything.
