Ageing is referred to increasing age of any organism especially human beings Aging is gaining changes in an any object or organism over time. 5 Thyroids and hormones level gradually decline.
6 Decrease in the amount of water in the body.
7 Nerve impulses are not transmitted properly, and the nervous system’s functioning decreases.
